messing about ....

on the river. A beautiful spring day so we took the naughty Jasper for a walk round Penton Hook Island on the thames. The river is still running fast and is very high. you could not see the weir but the sluice gates are down which controls the flow a bit.
Whilst sitting eating an ice-cream a boat came by so we watched it go through the lock.

a very lazy day today after the busy one of yesterday.
