Awards

The Joining the Dots Conference kicking off at Moray College UHI in Elgin, as was the Moray Game Jam. Fantastic facilities at Moray College and interesting & very useful conference. After lunch we sang some WW1 era songs to fight the post-lunch slump - Richard Lochhead, Cabinet Secretary for Rural Affairs & the Environment & MSP for Moray, gamely joining in on stage.

This blip is Kresanna Aiger of Findhorn Bay Arts Festival (and bits of other Moray creative people - Diane's hands and Ruby in the background) with 3 of the eventual 5 nomination certificates in the Social Enterprise Awards ceremony. Then a quick early dinner in Forres before the long journey home.

Got into Edinburgh at midnight and had a lovely discussion with my taxi driver, whose son is currently at SXSW as part of the Scottish Music Showcase. The band, Young Fathers, are then embarking on a rather impressive North American tour.

Then bed!
