Blip Central Station

We went up to the Cask and Barrel to watch a football match on their telly, which, apart from the result, was very entertaining to watch. We made the mistake of staying on to watch a game of rugby which was much less entertaining, from a Scottish point of view at least. ASG will no doubt be a happy man!

We walked home, part of the way along the Water of Leith. I'm always charmed by this house by the Newhaven Road bridge, which still looks so much like the station it was in earlier times. The platform is still intact. If this little railway were still in operation, this would of course be Blip Central Station!
