Victorian Manchester?

There was a lot going on in town this morning.
Road works for sewer repairs,
Road works for tram lines,
Filming at the town hall - this meant Albert Square was overtaken by film trucks and horses munching on hay.
Filming props down the side of the town hall (see above)
and in St peters square the are moving the war memorial!! so the whole place is a building site.
Crazy days :-)
