Cyclone Lusi

This is how the cyclone treated us. The cat door wouldn't stay shut. It hasn't been nearly as spectacular as the storm we had two weeks ago that resulted in flooding. I think we're getting a bit complacent about spectacular events in christchurch.

We are still reminded of the earthquakes every day. Today it was in a more humorous way. I saw a for sale sign in town outside a very damaged looking building. My best guess is it's only the land that is actually for sale. Someone had very creatively graffitied the sign to say "handymans dream, nothing a lick of paint won't fix".

Kaizen activity day nineteen: picked up an extra open home today off a colleague. A good chance to meet more prospective clients.
