Cambodian Kickboxing and shady characters

Got to see a few matches of kickboxing near Phnom Penh in Cambodia.

Photo shows one of the fighters resting in the corner between rounds however the foregrounds shows one of the shady characters who profit from illegal gambling on the matches. At these matches, there are large number of these people who have up to 2 dozen or more mobile phones they use to communicate to others about the progress of the match. As the TV broadcast is delayed by 30 minutes, these other people then place bets from which these shady characters get a cut of the profits.
