La Laguna & G&T

Lovely long day out today - to the capital of the island first Santa Cruz then over by the new tram system to La Laguna, the old capital of the island and university town. There was a fiesta going on there so lots for children to do, bouncy castles, craft stalls in the streets, people on stilts & bands.

Had a nice lunch then headed back down to Santa Cruz before a look around the city, visit to Zara and a couple of old favourite shops.

C managed a 2hr nap in his pushchair and to sleep through the return tram ride!

Great day out and we even managed a nice meal out tonight. Back to bed at 10pm for C - we've got the euro eating out and late bed thing sussed just before we come home!!
