Scoop Supper Club

Tonight at the Mackintosh Church we were delighted to have the return of the Scoop Supper Club.

Scoop supper club is no ordinary occasion: It’s both a dining experience and a social spectacular. It is definitly a very memorable affair.

Offering a number of courses of exquisite and contemporary cuisine, served in a sociable atmosphere, scoop supper club evenings are held in unique venues. And few venues are as unique and internationally significant as The Mackintosh Church in Glasgow.

The menu tonight was stunning:
-crispy ox tongue, gribiche, pork trotter croquettes
-jerusalem artichoke soup with porcini mushroom rarebit
-beetroot & horseradish cured salmon, blood orange, fennel & radish salad
-braised neck of lamb, bourlangere, baba ghanoush, carrots & broad beans, toasted hazelnut dukkah
-coconut & white chocolate panna cotta, mango, black olive caramel, vanillla biscuit

Tonight's scoop supper club was listed in this week's The Skinny among the top 10 things happening in Scotland this weekend!
