Smile with a Krispie Creme!

Had some very painful manipulation and massage on my back today. Not much improvement yet, limited movement, and left very tender after the massage, but sent away with stretching exercises and another appointment in 12 days time. Hopefully by then it will be better and I can put my knickers on without having to sit on the bed!!!!


Quick trip to CurrysPC World for Mr W to pick up a new laptop after being told his 'mother board' in his 'tower' is dead and to BMW to get a new boot lid switch thing he managed to change himself, clever boy.

Then popped to Bluewater with Daughter Number 1 and Mr W as DN1 had to go to the Apple store to get her iphone looked at. She came away happy with a brand new phone after being 2 days with a non working one. Shes been dead grumpy without a phone facebook!!

Apple made us all wait an hour for her new phone to be 'validated', so Krispy Cremes it was! They were YUMMY!!!!

So it appears we have all had something fixed to day, one way or another!!!
