What a swell day

So, after a painful twisty turny thing, knee has decided to join the other pain-giving ranks.

Just a day or so before I head to Barcelona, where I'd planned muchos walking around a city I've always wanted to visit.

Bugger.

(Apparently there are better ways to apply ice to a swollen limb. Bugger again.)
