Recipe book day does bread

As we are stuck at home for another weekend I thought I would make some bread. So I got out my World Encyclopedia of bread and bread making. I decided to make Grant loaves. Apparently the recipe was first published by Doris Grant in the 1940's. It was in the British section so of course that is why I chose it not because I only had Wholemeal flour and it was the only recipe I could find.
I also had a go at making some dog treats. They were easy to make. Phil nearly ate some thinking it was chocolate flapjack!
Bella seems to like them so fingers crossed they help calm her down.
