Look What Turned Up Today.....

My first Adruino turned up today, and so did the keypad shield too, I am just waiting for the sound module then I can get started and learn to program the damn thing which will be a challenge for me as I don't have any experience in C++ at all so I have down loaded C++ for dummies, just for starters but I think it will be a steep learning curve.
I want to build a Sound, Light and Lightning trigger, that's all not much to ask for, so if anyone can point me in the right direction I am willing to listen and learn.

Just had to back blip this because I mislaid my camera for two days and it's just turned up in Maddison's room, I wonder how it got there?
