Big Brother is listening

RAF Menwith Hill apparently the largest electronic survaylance station in the world, its a joint venture manned by the British and the American forces.
when it was first built is was designed as a ballistic missile tracking station against the Russians the the cold war.
I wonder who they are watching now.
