Temple or other

Actually it's a shrine. This is Hachioji shrine near a Nissan dealership where we spent way too long this morning.

I haven't owned a car for 12 years. We've managed fine with rentals, buses, bicycles, taxis and trains. Might have to bite the bullet.

So after escaping from a desperate salesman I took the semi scenic route to the garden center and snapped this along the way. I think I'll throw some things up on Flickr again.

We now have some broad beans, peas, broccoli, and lettuce on the go. I spotted a lizard in the garden today, too. He/she might be destined for blipdom in the not too distant future.
