Toasting a new beginning

Today I moved into my first home! I am now a mortgage owner. Lol! So once a good deal of crud was unpacked and put away it was time to break out the bubbly as any good wine industry staff member would do!

So to celebrate I had purchased a bottle of Nautilus Vintage 2011 Rosè a month or so back when my offer went unconditional. I worked at Nautilus for two vintages when I first graduated so am always drawn to their superb and very underrated bubblies! So my friends and I polished that off then proceeded to empty a very fabulous bottle of Terra Sancta Chardonnay from Otago. This is a superb drop and one I highly recommend!

So in my first night in my new home with the tail of Cyclone Lusi lashing Marlborough I bid you a bonne nuit! :)
