Art?

Out on my lunchtime walk today, spotted this on the way back. At first I thought it was some beach art but on closer inspection I think it's just a victim of the storms.

What a week - been a bit of a roller coaster though not really in a bad way. Thought today was going to be quiet but it turned out to be the busiest day of the week!
