Old fashioned gingerbread loaf and wire rack

This is my favorite gingerbread loaf that my Mum used to make for all of us kids and all the cake stalls for fundraising.
The gingerbread loaf now is my favorite and many a friend. work colleague and family have tasted this favorite recipe.
Spread with real NZ butter and enjoy
