Flutterby

Talking of things which fly, (well pigs do, don't they? Kind of?) I started off my day by having my swine flu jab. Have kept chopping and changing my mind over the past few weeks about whether or not to have it as there seems to be very limited information available about potential side effects for the baby, but I finally decided to take the plunge.

Dad & I then went down to the bus station to pick up my Mum who was joining us today. Had another Hot Chocolate as my Dad felt he missed out last time! Spotted this "flutterby" along with some jugglers and other colourful folk who seemed to be attracting the crowds to the opening of a new Ethel Austin / Au Naturale store. Judging by the big queue outside the shop, it seemed to be quite a hit with the people of Livi.

The afternoon was spent with a friend and her 1 year old who had come to visit us. She was my first ever flatmate when we were at Uni 19 years ago - how scary is it to think of all the time which has gone by since then!
