Just a Hint of Gold

It was a very grey and monochromatic landscape down on the beach first thing this morning. There were several photographers there, toteing tripods and mostly looking glum about the lack of a sunrise. I loved this little glimpse though; well worth going for. I ended up being spoilt for choice with photos - and I'd initially thought I might as well go back home. For anyone who knows the area, I was very near Cave Rock, but further west than I was yesterday.

Talking of yesterday - yesterday's 'Here Comes the Sun' image went to the top in Spotlight and has been sitting there all day. That's amazing. Thanks so much everyone! I so love doing these seascapes and it's wonderfully encouraging getting feedback like this.
