Stars and Stripes

Can't believe that at 4 years old we're still having terrible nights with Ethan! He was up 4 times during the night - the first at 1.30am and I didn't get back to sleep again after that!

So I was a tad tired at work today. Still managed a short (3.5k) run after work though.

The kids both seemed very cheerful when I got home, which was good, especially as Granny told me Eden had been a bit tearful and grumpy today. At least I got them on their best behaviour!
