Double Frustration.

Went to golf this morning for our usual 9 hole round. Remembered to take the camera as there are some huge toadstools on the course that I have wanted to blip. Had a problem with my glasses so was distracted and left the camera in the locker room.
As we te-ed off there was a beautiful rainbow with the complete ark. Went to get the camera B-----!
Continued to play despite it starting to rain. Part of the sky was bright with the sun casting shadows while in the other direction the sky was almost navy blue. The pale autumn colours against the sky were beautiful and some bare trees had tops that looked as though they had been sprayed with silver looking really striking aginst the dark sky. Wonderful images never to be blipped. Even my playing partners who are not photographers were making comments about what beautiful pictures they would have been.
I stuck the camera in the glove box when I went to Sainsbury's determined to get a blip today.
This was the result looking from the car park up towards Woolton village. The building with the steeple is the church hall where the Beatles first played together.
A frustrating day perhaps saved as the light was fading.
