Think and jump

I am a slow burner. With just two weeks left as a Clinical Teaching Fellow I feel like I am only just beginning to develop my own teaching style and confidence within myself. The role has been an absolute pleasure and a wonderful learning experience for me.

I finished the week off with body attack. The picture is of the room where the class is held (before everyone came in- the class is always full). The lights and loud music sometimes make me feel like I'm at a party rather than an exercise class (good thing). No uncoordinated man this week.
