Looking a bit closer

The school photography club took a quick jaunt over to Castle Park today to look for signs of spring. Fran showed me how to use camera+ on my iPhone & along with my wee macro lens I got up close & personal with the flora. I loved how this lichen was growing between the scales on a monkey puzzle tree and the fact it had a wee green algae growing on its surface. How amazing these bonds of nature.
