There’s a hell of a lot of expensive crap masquerading as art in public places* but plenty of admirable exceptions such as this magnificent shoal of ceramic and highly sustainable fish, swimming across a wall on one of Scarborough Hospital’s long corridors.
* such as that ugly bathing belle in the middle of the pedestrian precinct
