Subtlety

I love the subtle colour of these daffodils which I picked from the garden and, now they are going slightly crinkled at the edges of the outer petals, I think they look more interesting! They are standing on my kitchen windowsill.

Spent a lot of the morning checking emails and doing some sorting of them - I finally got rid of all the Amazon auto emails from when I have ordered things from them! A Tesco delivery arrived as well - I managed to track down more gluten free chicken items online and we needed a load of household stuff, such as kitchen roll, as well. Paul tried the Tesco chicken burgers at lunch and said they were very good indeed. And I've just discovered an email to say that the holiday home we're going to in the summer now has wi-fi, so blipping will be a lot easier than I'd anticipated! :-)

The sun is really struggling to break through today - we still had quite thick fog until mid-morning and the sky is a bright grey now (if you know what I mean! :-))
