Nuthin'

Nothing is exactly what I did to this blip. I did nothing to the color balance. I didn't even crop it. The only reason to not crop it is to help give some scale to this tiny windflower. It is 3 or 4 inches tall and the color is wonderful. I have a few in this shade that have bloomed and a paler shade, more lavender, that is coming on. They come in white to pink to this deep lovely blue. Last year they were almost non-starters. That spring was dry and I think I was late getting them in the ground. This year they seem to have all come back and brought friends. I am hoping that they will continue to multiply and create a lovely spring background underneath my weeping birches.
