Marquicks by the Sea

Mudeford Sandbanks

We took the children to the park this afternoon where they had fun on the big slide and on the swings, but Gary and I both fancied a trip to the beach as it's been such a warm sunny day.

We popped quickly to Mudeford, which we have now renamed Mudeford Sandbanks.....the high tides this winter have certainly shifted the sand, and there were quite a few sandbanks popping up from Mudeford spit right along to Avon Beach.

I was undecided which photo to choose for my blip, but have chosen this one purely because the sea and the sky look the same colour....and it looks like it's the middle of summer! Oh, and then the gull flew past.
