A High Heels Day!

Two possibly influencing factors:

Following on from a challenging but productive yoga class on Tuesday, yesterday I enjoyed a good walk in my walking boots to no ill effect other than a bit of stiffness.
Yesterday evening I started on my second attempt at the slow-release painkillers I had been prescribed (gave up after the first five days, blaming them for both nausea and palpitations ... which I now think were caused by co-codamol also prescribed)

Anyway..... have just worn high heels to the city and back!!!!!!! Not precipitous stilettos admittedly, but a long way from flats.... and that's the first time in over a year that I've done that. And a lovely Clarins lady "did" my face for me!

What a chirpy day!
