Panorama with Bunker, Kaitorete Spit

On the way home I stopped off at Kaitorete Spit (ok, I diverted myself rather than stopped off) to take this 12 shot panorama of the view toward the peninsula with the sea behind me.

The structure is an old World War II storage bunker, which just happens to be where I'm heading first thing tomorrow as part of a work photo-shoot with a local photographer (he's doing the shooting, I'm just there for local knowledge and to take in the 'action'). The University launches rockets from a nearby launchpad, and the reinforced roof of this biker provides a place of protection at launch time.

Here's hoping the weather holds up - we need to be there for daybreak. Better get some shut-eye then eh...?
