Finchale Abbey ...

A 13th century Benedictine priory that sits on the banks of the River Wear just outside of Durham City. Beautiful setting and also has a Caravan Park on site for those of you that "caravan", well worth a visit up North!

After a lovely wander around the Abbey and along the river, it was back home to work in the garden. "WE" cut the lawns and generally tidied the place. There was some heat in that sun today :-)
