Team bike ride

I love it when things like this happen.

Sitting in an all day conference at Centreparcs (about half an hour after the lunch break finished), and someone suggests that it would be a good idea to go for a bike ride. Some of the group hadn't ridden a bike for many years, but everyone was keen to give it a go. The boss said 'why not!' and we all headed off for 20 minutes around the forest in the sun. A timely example of why it's great working for such a forward thinking and flexible company.

The only downside was that half the group got lost, and came back out of breath another half an hour later. Still, what a great way to break up the day and keep everyone excited, engaged, and motivated.
