A Rare thing indeed...

Today's DDW's big words of March challenge is Rariora, rare, collectors items, such as books.
Well I have a few old books (not rare, but interesting) lying around. This lovely extract is from The Harmsworth Self Educator, printed in 1907..oh back in 1907 they knew a thing or two, especially concerning what constitutes "The Perfect Man" - a rare thing indeed. Perhaps if you find one you would certainly wish to collect him, or at the very least make some sort of ceremonial, significant promise to him and keep him around the house to admire his "clear, soft unwrinkled skin" and perhaps go looking for a new one to "collect" once he no longer fitted the description. (Of course NOT!) I couldn't fit the rest column in but it states the "Absolute perfection may be said to be attained around 40" guffaw!
Took kittens to get neutered today, felt guilty, poor wee laddies - they are a bit shell shocked.
