Gimme some Bass

Fabby concert tonight at the Queens Hall. The Chief was performing as part of the Edinburgh Schools Bass Ensemble and he was brilliant. Nearly fifty kids playing Double Bass and bass guitar onstage! What a great experience for him and his cousins could be there to watch him for a change which made it even better. There were some wonderful school choirs as part of the concert so the kids had a wee sing-along as well as a jig to the Rowan brothers who played Accordian and Piano at the end. Marvellous.
Makes lugging the Double Bass up and down three flights of stairs every Saturday worthwhile...
