Ruined View

One of my favourite views towards the Necropolis has been ruined by two new block of flats. I'm sure the new residents wouldn't agree and it's great to see new people coming into the area. However, there are still far too many vacant shops and very little done to try and get them used. There is so much bureaucratic resistance to some practical solution and it still saddens me to see a space that was being used as a gallery and artist space is now closed.
