Ukelele Ben

I spied this chap wandering through the park strumming his uke and I had to stop him for a photo. He informed me that he was an outlaw being chased by the police for his wild ukelele playing in the royal parks.
The police had apparently cautioned him about the use of musical interments in the park. He also claimed to be an american art director and we exchanged cards.
