we finns have a habit of having these "little christmas"-parties (pikkujoulut) on late november and early december. basically the idea is to get drunk, what finnish people really like. we just hide it with having all christmas stuff and foods and fun. usually when workplaces have these kind of parties, the boss makes a fool of himself by getting wasted and making out with the lady from the copy room. still we love 'em, our bosses and these parties..
