Reeds

It needed a very early alarm in order for me to catch a train down to Milton Keynes - although it was nice that the sky was already getting light as I made my way to the station. It was beautiful weather for most of the journey down, although MK itself was a bit dreich at first. Still, after the Very Important meeting was done with (all half an hour of it) I was able to stroll across to the hotel in Woughton, again in daylight and with a smidgen of sunshine. I had a look at the walkway and the hide in amongst the reed beds on the lake but there were no signs of activity as yet.

The reeds looked pretty, though.
