Beautiful Day

I slept so much better last night and when I woke this morning I felt almost human again. This made me very happy!

So off I went to St Thomas' hospital for the final part of the pain management programme. I was so pleased as I didn't think I would make it. It was good today... as intense as ever and lots to reflect upon. It's a shame it has ended now, but we will all see each other again in 6 months for one more follow-up session.

It was also nice to be out in the sunshine that I have seen from lying in my bed over the last few days. Long may it continue.
