Perseverance

This beautiful amarylis was given to me quite a few years ago by the friend I met on Monday; it never ceases to amaze me how it flowers year after year, thriving on neglect! It always takes me by surprise!

Wednesday is always a day of perseverance at work too - staff meeting all lunch time , selling books at a book fair after school this week and then a twilight inset meeting.It's a case of hit the deck running.But never boring!
