Anhinga

I love that daylight savings time started and the day light lasts longer. After a delicious dinner of pecan crusted trout, sweet potato, Broccoli Raab, and salad of heirloom tomatoes, we took a walk to the park with the girls. Sundown was not until 7:30 so we got a nice long walk in. I only had my IPhone with me to take a picture of this Anhinga sitting on a wall by the lake. The feathers are so shinny and pretty. This picture is too blurry to see that but I was very grateful to get it.
I am counting my blessings tonight as my hubby and I celebrated our 37th anniversary of our First Date. We were only 17!
