Thistles

Was one of a group of learners who met with the cabinet secretary for education and lifelong learning Mike Russell today at the Scottish Parliament. Got so caught up forgot to take a pic, so my blip is a pic of the table decoration from the meal afterwards.
We adult learners are a bit like thistles, we are widespread and there are many different varieties but we will flourish and thrive given the right environments.
