Remains of the day

Feels like Spring still with all the beautiful flowers blooming in glorious sunshine - but we've been warned by the weather monsters forecasters that we might see snow next week! Blasphemy!

Had an interview today for a new job in my current company. They've extended my contract through December now, but in my present position there are no promises for what would come after that, so my manager still encouraged me to apply for this permanent job. I believe there are a number of highly qualified internal applicants - so not putting much stock in it. I like the responsibilities of my job now and figure something will work out by end of the year.
