The "I can't be bothered" tea

Today has been pretty non-stop. A full day at work wrangling Excel, then a dash home to take my daughter to her school fashion show. I nearly didn't make it, as my computer and the traffic conspired to make me late getting out of the office, and my journey home take longer than usual. In the end I had to get my husband to meet me at school to hand my daughter over!

The fashion show was fun, but after getting home and getting my daughter into bed, my resistance was low. So when my husband waved the piles of bread products he had bought earlier in my face, there was no stopping me! Tea was a toasted teacake and a scone with jam (sadly no cream!). And it was delicious :)
