Portobello Beach, morning sunshine

After dropping Angus off at nursery, I couldn't resist having a play at photographing the groynes on Porty Beach. The sunshine was amazing and the prom was already busying up a little - this at about 8.30am. I was trying to get some movement in the water so slowed the shutter which totally overexposed everything, so started fiddling with higher stops. Not sure it totally worked, but I like the detail on the groyne. I wish I'd had a filter for the sky.
