Deep sadness

These kids came to Sangam for a day of fun, playing, food and most importantly ice cream. They are the children of local prostitutes and when their mothers are out working, they are literally locked in a cage for fear of being kidnapped and trafficked. It was a joy and privilege to watch them run around in the safety of Sangam and an honour to take their pictures.
