Cocklakes

A busy day. Morning more administration/paper work catching up type things to do. In the afternoon, a trip to the tip recycling centre followed by a visit to to our friends cabinet makers workshop. The on the way home a little detour to call in at Cocklakes farm shop.

The farm shop is a great little shop with lots of unusual local produce and a good butchers department. Outside there is a "lake" (probably better described as a pond) which is stocked with fish and anglers can buy tickets to fly fish there.

I liked this shot of the lake so that is what you get.

Nothing strenuous on the walking front but most of the walking I did was without the walking stick but I did have it in the car in case I felt the need of it.
