Ratty, Again

I'm very lucky in having a couple of spots nearby where I can reliably see, and usually photograph bank voles and water voles. The water voles were as reliable as usual, although by the time I got out there, it was late afternoon and the light was against me along the channel where they live. This one was in a spot that wasn't too bad. I was also lucky enough to see a brown hare, although it was a bit far away for a good shot.
Off to Longshaw tomorrow to try and record more fungi species in our efforts to save some of the ancient woodland from the ravages of Network Rail. I've set up a blog as a way of recording our efforts.
