Haywards End
I left my art course at 4pm and went for a wander around the charity shops of Stonehouse, which I have not done for ages. Managed to miss the bus back to Stroud, so went for a wander up toward the top end of town. By the last bus stop, I caught sight of this historic building which belongs to Wycliffe College, the local public school (in US, that would be called a private school). The courtyard was flowing with cars coming and going, and I stood on the other side of the main road, trying to get a shot between cars, while keeping an eye out for the no. 20 bus.
This evening I am off to another WEA class, this time on the history of Stroud. So this is all I have time for....
