Spice & Rice

Today I went to the local W.I meeting with Pam as a guest.
The demo was by Ali who cooks curry at the local market in the square on his stall Spice & Rice. His story and skill was impressive and he has shown me how to hopefully perfect curry and the fluffiest rice.
The method was completely different to the way I have ever made them.
