..Summertime..

A little overcast to start with, but brightened up mid morning and brilliant sunshine again. Potted up some Lupins, and Orache. Cleared a bed of peas that we've been harvesting shoots off all winter. Carried all yesterdays trays to the poly tunnel. I had two 4" pots of small Star of Bethlehem bulbs, and have separated and potted these up, 4 to a pot, and 75 pots! Should give them chance to grow on a bit now, and possibly flowering in a year or two..

Forked over a bed in a greenhouse, and planted some early carrots, corriander, and spinach. And then forked over a bed in the back garden and planted some kale that I've had in pots all winter. Not planted them before because I didn't have any where to plant them.

It's summer. Official. No, not because of the weather. No, not seen 2 swallows. There's a campervan on the campsite!!
